At Peterborough West Animal Hospital, our team strives to offer the highest level of veterinary care to all of our “furry family” members. To ensure we continue to provide this service, we would like to stress the importance of notifying our Care Team, in advance, should you need to cancel or rebook an appointment. Currently, our appointments are in high demand and our #1 priority is you and your pet!

By calling ahead to reschedule your appointment, we can get you back on the schedule at a more convenient time. Plus, we will be able to serve another furry friend in our amazing pet community requiring urgent medical care. 

Cancellation requests can be accommodated via phone. Please feel free to contact us at (705) 745-4800 during our scheduled business hours. If your call is placed after hours, you may leave a message and our Care Team will contact you the following business day.
